Event Details

It only takes a moment to be hooked on the music of Australian songwriter, Mark Wilkinson. For more than a decade, he's been forging profound and enduring connections with listeners in the studio, on the stage, and even in the streets, where impromptu busking sessions landed him both a national TV booking and a major licensing deal. A magnetic live performer, Wilkinson has managed to sell over 70,000 copies of his self-released CDs, rack up millions of streams on Spotify, and build up a devoted audience that have pushed him to #1 on Australia’s independent album charts.

Now as restrictions ease Mark is excited to announce ‘We’re not Alone’ - intimate hometown shows, staged over two sittings to a very limited audience.  Just Mark and his guitar, it’ll be a special night to both forge new connections with the uninitiated and renew connections of old.  In the end, that’s what Mark’s music is all about. Raw and evocative, his songs quietly burrow their way into your heart, tapping into the swift currents of pain, hope, and desire that flow just below the surface of our daily lives, giving voice to the unspoken passions and anxieties that at once terrify and excite us.  For too long now our days have been given to isolation and unease, but on these nights, through these performances, music can be a conduit of connection and catharsis.
