Kee’ahn ‘for me, for you x’ EP Tour

Naarm-based artist Kee’ahn is set to release her debut EP ‘for me, for you x’ on October 9 via Northside Records. To celebrate, she has announced a headline tour with shows in Sydney, Brisbane, Townsville, and Melbourne. The announcement comes alongside the release of her stirring new single At Least For Now’.

Kee’ahn (they/she/nyulu) is a Kuku Yalanji, Jirrbal, Torres Strait Islander songwriter and performer from North Queensland. Kee'ahn, whose name is derived from kee’an, the Wik word meaning to dance and to play, has been immersed in the world of music since childhood, drawing inspiration from soul, R&B, and pop.

Since their breakout in 2020 with the single ‘Better Things’, Kee’ahn has captivated listeners with her lush melodies and rich vocals, sharing powerful stories of hope and healing. Kee'ahn champions finding strength in our struggles, encouraging us all to reflect, reinvent, and rejoice in our journeys.

Her music deeply connects to culture, community, and self, earning her awards such as the Archie Roach Foundation Award and Music Victoria’s Best Emerging Artist award. She has since collaborated with Baker Boy, Emma Donovan, Dallas Woods, Alice Ivy and shared stages with the likes of Julia Jacklin, Hiatus Kaiyote, Greentea Peng and Angie McMahon.

With their recent singles off the EP ‘Heavy’ and ‘This Is Not the End’, Kee’ahn’s sound has evolved into a groove-driven neo-soul style, which has earned them widespread support from triple j, Double J and national community radio, as well as features from Acclaim, Women In Pop, and The Music.

Support guests to be announced at a later date.
