Hot continental swing jazz returns to the Spotted Mallard on Sunday January 14 with Ultrafox . Featuring the muscular driving rhythm of gypsy inspired guitars with Peter Baylor and Ashley Cluss the band are delighted to be sharing the stage with Chris Tanner as special guest on clarinet visiting from Denmark over summer. Also featuring the solid sweet swing of Esther Henderson on violin, Jono Brown on upright bass and the incomparable legend of the drums Lyn Wallis.

Ultrafox formed over 8 years ago by guitarust Peter Baylor and draw inspiration from the Hot Club of France with Stapahane Grappely and Django Reinhardt the band plays Hot jazz, tender ballads, swinging jazz made for dancing and pleasure.
