The uniqueness of Tuppaware Party, the groovy 70’s-esque pop rock band from the south coast of Sydney, is not confined to their ethereal sounds and coming of age lyrics. Lead vocalist Shelly Fitzpatrick captivates the audience with her beguiling performances, taking the venue on a dreamy carpet ride for your senses. You’ll find her transitioning seamlessly from guitar to enchanting storytelling through her lyrics and performative theatrics. Their electric energy is emphasised by the backing of Bryce Hearnden on drums and the ever diverse Keva Wilson on keys and angelic support vocals.

This dynamic band is expanding their soul-melting, hypnotic sound on the 30th September 2022, dropping their newest release Moving On. Shelly says the song, "is an ode to the feeling of liberation. No longer restrained by societal norms and bound by the pressure of judgement. It redefines freedom and takes charge of personal expression. It encapsulates the thrill of putting on a façade and letting your alter ego flag, fly high for one night."

This nostalgic psych-pop track, peppered with seductive harmonies and rock opera theatrics, is the next offering taken from Tuppaware Party's upcoming debut album, due for release in November 2022.

Accompanying the release of the track is a music video that captures the rebellion of a world that confidently picks itself up without fear of the consequences, in the hunt for external validation. It is truly symbolic of a trojan horse in the form of a drink in hand, a face of makeup and heels, concealing a weeping heart. This video was written, directed and produced by Shelly Fitzpatrick and the visuals captured by Tas Wilson.
