Heeding the call of their loyal west coast fans, The Rions are riding the wake of the Groovin cancellation to put on their biggest Perth headline show yet on May 10. Joining them at Freo.social will be local heroes Fool Nelson and Coolibah.

“We were so pumped to come back to WA for Groovin, so when we heard the news (RIP) we said ’stuff it let’s do our own show’.

Following the success of their debut 2023 EP ‘Minivan’ which landed 3 songs in the Hottest 100, they’ll be giving WA fans a sneak peek of upcoming new material before anyone else.

We honour and acknowledge the Whadjuk Nyoongar people as Traditional Owners of the land on which we work and live. We pay our respects to elders past, present and emerging and recognise that the land and sovereignty has never been ceded.
