MORGAN EVANS, the Nashville-via-Newcastle breakout pop-country sensation behind the current global smash, 'Kiss Somebody', announces three Australian solo headline shows this September. On his Kiss Somebody Australian Tour 2018, the singer-songwriter will take in a string of intimate rooms, beginning at Sydney's Oxford Art Factory on Wednesday 5th September, before heading through Melbourne's Corner Hotel on Thursday 6th September and Brisbane's The Tivoli on Sunday 9th September.
In his relatively young career, Morgan Evans has already established himself as an impressive live force; his distinct brand of honest, pop-infused country translating into a spellbinding live show. Armed with his unique looping one-man-band setup, Evans has been wowing crowds around the US for the past year, and was recently hand-picked as one of Billboard's 2018 Country Artists To Watch. If that weren't enough, Evans has toured with the likes of Taylor Swift, Alan Jackson and Old Dominion, and has torn up stages at the world's biggest music festivals, including C2C UK and Australia's largest country-roots event, CMC Rocks.

Since moving to Nashville three years ago, Morgan Evans has truly taken the country music world by storm. His debut US single, 'Kiss Somebody', has already amassed more than 43 million global streams, is ARIA certified Platinum and is Top 10 on the US Billboard Country Airplay Chart (currently #9 and climbing). Released last month, Evans' brand new single, 'Day Drunk', is an upbeat crossover hit and follows on from the romantic 'I Do'.
Evans made his US television debut on ABC's The Bachelorette last week, serenading Becca and Leo with a stunning rendition of 'Kiss Somebody'.
Joining Morgan Evans on his Kiss Somebody Australian Tour, is upcoming Irish country-pop singer-songwriter, CATHERINE MCGRATH. Hailed as a major new talent by Sir Elton John, Catherine McGrath's debut album Talk Of This Town features guest vocalist Hunter Hayes and is set for release on Friday July 27th.
