2 Shows (Doors 6.30pm & 9.30pm) // Seated // Social Distancing Restrictions Apply

Lincoln's Gold—"the last rock 'n' roll band in Sydney"—are a despicable group of people. The only reason I'm writing this is because they're paying me. I've met each of their five members a number of times, and each encounter has left a lot to be desired. One member is a toothless acid-freak who lives in his van, their drummer is a notorious member of Sydney's illegal greyhound racing scene, the singer once tried to set my hair on fire, their guitarist is a miserable vagrant, and their bassist once tried to kill my family pet!

Somehow, after officially disintegrating in 2017, Lincoln's Gold managed to pull themselves back together in late 2019 for a string of now-infamous live shows; performances marred by hospitalizations and on-stage arguments. As Monster Children put it, "There’s no escaping a Lincoln’s Gold set. It’s dirty, in your face, and your mother would be petrified if she knew you went to their show."
