Holding Back The Years is the ultimate celebration of the music of Mick Hucknall and Simply Red. 

This Show aims to stay authentic and faithful to the soulful sound and energy that makes Simply Red one of the most popular British bands of all time. 

First appearing on the scene back in 1985 and with a career spanning over 30 years, Simply Red have sold over 50 million albums worldwide. Incorporating various genres over the years that included jazz and reggae, Simply Red firmly established themselves as a soul and pop band. 

The man fronting this project is Geoff Kellett. Geoff is a multi-talented singer who leads the band through the rock and soul of Simply Red’s most popular and enduring hits. Highly experienced on the international music scene, Kellett is an award-winning musician who’s on stage performance matches Simply Red’s Mick Hucknall, capturing the essence of Hucknall’s smooth and charismatic presence and dry sense of humour. 

Born and bred in Preston Lancashire, Geoff and Mick’s paths crossed over in the early 80’s when both ambitious singers were running their demos to A & R in London. 

Geoff brings his experience, passion and wonderful stories!! 

This professional 7 piece line up will perform the hits that will include “Monies Too Tight To Mention”, “Holding back the Years”, “Somethings Got Me Started” “Stars “ “A New Flame “and many more.

This Show promises to deliver an authentic, energetic, uplifting and memorable experience for all lovers of great music.

 This is an 18+ event. 

Do not attend if you are feeling unwell.

Shows will be seated and limited to 50 per sitting, patrons will be seated to allow for social distancing.

Artists to perform two separate sittings, 5.00pm - 7.30pm & 8.00pm - 10.30pm.

Dinner & Show packages include entry, seating and a one course meal.

Tickets will need to be pre-purchased, no door sales will be available on the night.

Minimum two tickets per transaction to so we can fill the capacity while keeping everyone properly distanced.

Please adhere to social distancing at all times and follow direction from venue staff.

The venue will be taking a number of precautionary measures to ensure patron safety, including:

- Hand sanitiser dispensers

- Signage and social distancing markers throughout the venue

- Regular sanitising of the venue and full clean between sittings


Once purchased tickets are non-refundable & non-transferable

A booking fee applies to all advance tickets. (All quoted prices include tax).

Please note: tables cannot be joined together on the evening. Please ensure everyone you wish to seat at your table is included in your booking to avoid being seated separately.

No thongs or steel cap boots.
Dangerous behaviour including Crowd Surfing, Stage Diving, Moshing and Violent Dancing is not allowed and will result in your immediate removal from this venue.
Inappropriate behaviour at this venue will lead to your banning.
