Sydney based DAUX DIVE Teams up with Brissy expat Milo Hunter for their ‘Fake It,’ ‘Love Mine Forever’ dual single launch, with special guest Moon Brain.

From the mind of Sydney multi-instrumentalist and producer Ravi Gupta, DAUX DIVE is a lo-fi blend of warbled guitars and psych tinged synthscapes. Bursting onto the scene in mid 2021 with a self titled EP and follow up single ’Saltgazer,’ amidst a string of local shows and supports, DAUX DIVE quickly garnered a reputation as a genre spinning quality act where lush gazey ambience meets intimate song writing. The upcoming single ‘Fake It’ drops on 31/5/22 as a prelude to EP number 2.

The single was self recorded and produced by Ravi himself out of The Parliament Studios, Leichhardt, between the throws of lockdowns and lock ins. DAUX DIVE departs from the one man show to debut a full live band and unleash the energy of the recordings in all their self-introspective, hypnotic glory.

Milo Hunter is a vagabond slain, now Sydney based artist experimenting with conventional pop structures and sensibilities with a crafty and unique approach to songwriting. The DIY aesthetic Milo Hunter brings to you is cut and pasted through trial and error in the confines of his small bedroom studio where he sits hunched over his guitar, sewing together sounds via his beaten four track. With a shiny new single “Love Mine Forever” produced by Ravi Gupta (Daux Dive) scheduled for release on June 6. He is out to deliver a scrumptious dish of a show with his new band, best served hot this year

Moon Brain, out of Illawarra, offers us his new single "You've Got Some Nerve". Produced by long-time collaborator Simon Todkill along with the help of drummer - Mathew Gardner (Jim Ward, Sparta) and guitarist Dan Cunningham (Polish Club)  YGSN is a sprawling ballad, rich with analogue synthesisers and atmospheric guitars whilst showcasing Rogers' affinity for texture, dynamics and drama.
