Off the back of stellar sets by Moodyman and The Black Madonna, this third edition of the Harpoon Harry House Party welcomes with open arms the original house music pioneer, Chez Damier for one night only.  

For the first time in Australia since 2010, Chez Damier has played close witness to many of the pivotal moments in the history of house and techno. The Chicago DJ played a vital role in the development of KMS Records, The Music Institute and The Bellville Three with legends Derrick May, Juan Atkins and Kevin Sanderson, hallowed pieces of musical history that stamp his contribution to house music.  

More than that, he was jointly responsible with studio partner Ron Trent for both Prescription Records - widely recognised as one of the greatest house labels of all time, along with 'The Morning Factory', one of the most ethereal jams ever to rock a room. Chez Damier is a true deep house pioneer.
