Bluetung is the project of Mitchell J.G. Reynolds: a musician and electronics technician currently based in Eora/Sydney, Australia. Refined over multiple full-length releases in recent years, Bluetung's sonic world-building is steeped in electronic music history with whispers of kosmische, tape music, post-punk and minimalist composition echoing into a formless ambient space of his own devising. Bluetung has been releasing textural electroacoustic works since 2018 on beloved cult labels Altered States Tapes, .jpeg Artefacts and Club Moss, with a new album slated for 2023

flower boy 卓颖贤 paints emotional images with her classically-trained background combined with forward-thinking production. At the heart of her hazy songwriting is a duality of melancholic love songs and odes to identity and heritage. Unafraid to play with textures, her soundscapes are anxious, ambient, and affecting in the extreme. flower boy 卓颖贤 treats her life like a movie; she's simply soundtracking it. 

'loving every moment of this'. drone & ambient work of eora-based artist grasps, knifebody is an audio/visual project treated much like a journal, its entries touch on memory & location. knifebody has previously performed in naarm alongside r hunter, wa?ste, emily glass & lilly kane (2019) & provided visuals for events in Eora (2019, 2022).

Mx-Ai is a solo project of audio engineer & producer Wade Gilmour. Resisting neat categorisation, their productions morph between different stylistic reference points to create music that playfully invites, and eludes, comparisons to dub, musique concrete, & dancehall. In 2021 they released their debut ‘Shifgrethor / Konstant Kemmer,’ on Sydney’s Midheaven Records.

Featuring an Upstairs 150-seat performance space and an intimate Downstairs bar, 5 Eliza is an exciting new venue dedicated to supporting artists across music, comedy and theatre, and everything in between.

Though not typically wheelchair accessible, arrangements can be made to get around this, so please get in touch if this is something you would like to organise.
