A genre-bending musical collaboration

ACO Underground is a genre-bending musical collaboration fronted by the Australian Chamber Orchestra’s Principal Violin and vocalist Satu. For her first appearance at Lazy Bones, Satu will be joined by ACO colleagues Richard Tognetti, Elizabeth Woolnough and Julian Thompson, alongside producer and keyboardist Paul Beard (Music Director for the likes of Robbie Williams, Lily Allen, Bryan Ferry and Art Garfunkel) and other guests.
 
 The show will feature music from Gesualdo’s 16th century Italy through to the American avant-garde of Ruth Crawford-Seeger, and brand-new songs by Richard Tognetti. This unique group of multi-talented musicians will breathe new life into a distinctive mix of old and new music.
