If you're from Melbourne you've probably heard of The Gasometer Hotel. Known for its unique Bandroom, complete with retractable roof and mezzanine that overlooks the stage, as well as its rather impressive line-up of Australian and international acts. The Gasometer Hotel is definitely a force to be reckoned with, playing a pivotal role in Melbourne's live music scene.

Nai Palm w/ Jaala - Thursday 11 July

If you haven't had a chance to check out singer-songwriter Nai Palm yet, we suggest you come along to her show this Thursday night. She's one quarter of the multi-dimensional future soul quartet Hiatus Kaiyote and a two-time Grammy-nominated artist whose songs have been sampled by the likes of Beyonce, Jay-Z, Kendrick Lamar, and Drake.

The Dead Love - Friday 12 July

Since the band's inception, Sydney based grunge rockers The Dead Love have been absolutely killing it, developing a reputation as one of Sydney's most impressive live outfits, sharing the stage with the likes of Dune Rats, British India, Kingswood, Aerosmith, and Luca Brasi.

Midnight Pool Party - Friday 26 July

When it comes to upbeat electro-pop artists, Sydneysiders Midnight Pool Party are where it's at. After a sold-out EP launch party in Sydney, the duo are bringing their addictive electro beats to the Gaso for an awesome night of non-stop tunes, supported by local artists Blush'ko and songstress Evangeline.

The Laurels - Saturday 27 July


The Laurels are a neo-psychedelic four-piece who are anything but boring. Just off the back of headlining Melbourne's Bad Vibrations festival last month, the four-piece continue to kick goals, supporting the likes of Tame Impala and The Black Angels.

The four-piece bring their unique blend of groove-laden funky beats with a touch of grunge to the Bandroom Saturday 27 July. Catch the four-piece before they head back into the studio to finish their upcoming album. Grab tickets HERE.



Sunbeam Sound Machine - Friday 2 August

If you're not yet acquainted with the sweet sounds of Melbourne instrumentalist Nick Somersby then here's your chance to get to know him. Creating songs under the name Sunbeam Sound Machine, Nick, alongside his live band are bringing a fresh injection of chilled out indie-psych to the Bandroom on Friday 2 August. Maya Rose - Saturday 10 August

If you're partial to some soulful vocals mixed with catchy R&B infused keyboard sounds, then we suggest you suss out Castlemaine's finest R&B singer-songwriter Maya Rose. She's playing upstairs at The Gaso on Saturday 10 August to celebrate her forthcoming EP 'Time'. Maya will also be joined by dynamic Bendigo locals Stawberryjamz.

The Fauves - Saturday 17 August

Aussie rockers The Fauves are back! The four-piece have been throwing down their distinctive melodic pop-rock sound since their inception in 1988. To celebrate the release of their latest double album' Driveway Heart Attack', the band are putting on a show at The Gaso on Saturday 17 August. Get tickets HERE.



S.P.Y - Sat 31 August

After moving from São Paulo to London, UK Drum & Bass producer S.P.Y was quick to establish himself within the scene. He's one of the top acts at Hospital Records and has dominated the charts with his album ' Dubplate Style'. S.P.Y showcases his diverse and contemporary dance floor beats in the Bandroom Saturday 31 August. First release tickets on sale HERE.



The Beths - Thursday 3 October

New Zealand guitar-pop four-piece The Beths are making their way down under for a run of shows this October. Their sound is an extremely refreshing one, featuring high-energy guitar riffs and clever lyrical banter. They perform at The Gaso Thursday 3 October. Score tickets ahead of the crowd HERE.
