If you go down to the Noosa Woods on the 19-21 May, you’re sure of a big surprise and that’s because Noosa Food and Wine Festival has just released its program of events.

The Noosa Woods, will be transformed into a wine and produce village, home to more than 30 wineries where tastings will be in abundance. The region's best producers, cheese makers and saluministi will also be present, making sure no one goes home hungry.

Showcasing a line-up that includes some of Australia's best DJs, The Noosa Woods will also be home to the ultimate Festival Sunset Sets.music takeover. Billed as '

A one-off roll out of Australian dance music royalty teaming up for the festival weekend, artists whose credits include Flight Facilities, Empire Of The Sun and The Swiss to name a few. Woven across three magic festival nights this troupe of DJs, producers, musicians and vocalists bring the disco bump to the Noosa Food & Wine Festival's after dark activities. Let your hair down and don't miss your chance to catch this band of misfits in action.

With a great selection of bars offering a variety of beverages, nobody will go thirsty! At the heart of The Woods will be the vineyard themed Dal Zotto Prosecco Bar, with Prosecco cocktails and Cicchetti dishes created by Noosa Boathouse. Other bars include, Sticks Wine and Cheese Bar, Asahi Super Dry Oyster Bar, Sunset Lounge presented by Miss Moneypenny's and the Cider Lab Harvest Bar.

Something you don't get to see everyday is a Winemaker Smackdown! Nick Stock will host this event where the Festival winemakers will go head to head convincing visitors who makes the best and why we should be drinking their wine! There be will be no 'whining', just a lot of competitiveness.

Hilary McNevin will host the festival chefs on the cooking stage, as they share their secrets and tricks of the trade. The line-up includes Sat Bains, Geoff Lindsay, Adam D'yslva, Alessandro Pavoni, Frank Camorra, Giovanni Pilu, Matt Golinksi, Monty Kuludrovic, Luke Mangan, Massimo Mele, Jake Nicholson, Ben Williamson, Ben O'Donoghue, Ian Curley and Jo Barrett.

 

 

 

 Any ticket holders under the age of 18 must be in the presence of a parent or legal guardian, they must be supervised at all times.
