Terra Firma Dining @ The Station presents an exclusive Fire dining experience like no other!

Your ticket includes entry into the station + Terra Firma catering + complimentary drink on arrival.

All table bookings will have four (4) bottles of wine included in their ticket purchase (must be consumed onsite)

As part of our signature fire dining experience, your guests will be treated to an open fire pit installation with delicious local produce slowly roasting over the hot coals.

Event Details:

• 4pm: Live Music + Canapes + Drinks served
• 6pm: Dinner Served

CANAPES:

• Choripan, peppers Chimichurri

MAINS:

• Local Lamb cooked on the Asado cross
• Hung and Smoked Chicken
• Whole Barramundi Smoked on the wooden plank
• Smoked Cabbage, grilled greens, fresh leaves and citrus slaw, dukkah
• Coal roasted pumpkin, toasted seeds, burnt honey and balsamic dressing Feta

DESSERT:

• 6h Smoked pineapple, grilled pear, Cinnamon crumble, Dulce de leche
