The Breakfast Club returns this Friday Oct 4th @ New Guernica, to bring you some of the hottest artists going around the international dj circuit right now - BLOND:ISH (CAN) & Hunter/Game (ITA) will both be preforming exclusive sets for this special occasion. This is not to be missed.

Here at Breakfast Club we always have our eye on exciting and new acts that are on the cusp of big things, and we are very excited to say that we have secured 2 of the scenes most sought after up-and-coming producers/DJs.

First up we have UK based Canadians Anstascia and Vivie-Ann, who will be better known to you as BLOND:ISH. This exciting duo has been making all the right waves with their DJ sets which has seen them explode all over the international circuit, and they were one of the standout acts that had everyone talking at Burning Man Festival this year. Their DJ sets consist of a deep tech sound that has just right amount of groove in it to keep the dance floor moving along, and their uplifting, house and tech productions and remixes has seen them release on labels such as Noir Music, NM2, Get Physical and Kompakt (one of their tracks were also featured on the recent Darkbeat Anniversary Collection). This will be their debut Australian tour.

UK based Italian duo Hunter/Game has been a feature of many DJ sets of late. Their incredible deep house productions has seen them release on the most wanted labels including Jamie Jones's Hot Creations, Solomun's Diynamic, Get Physical, and also Sasha's Last Night On Earth imprint. In fact, Sasha rates them so highly that he has made them residents at this year at his Never Say Never party in Ushuaia, Ibiza. Their touring dairy has seen them become a firm fixture on the circuit and they've been invited to play at every major festival and club the scene has to offer. This will also be their debut Australian tour so let's make them feel welcome!

BLOND:ISH (UK)

In the last few years, Blond:ish has carved out a unique production recipe which focuses on the art of creating music that is organic and multi-dimensional. Provocative basslines contrasted with smooth textures and sticky vocals that blend into a genre of house that rebels against being pigeonholed to any specific category.

Blond:ish's innovative and quirky reputation wasn't grown on a tree but materialized in the dark trenches of Cherry nightclub in Montreal. Anyone that has attended their parties can attest that there is something very special about this underground midweek mangle. It's the winning formula of diverse freaks, organized chaos and Blond:ish's genre defying sets that has them still holding their monthly residency since 2008.

This duo rides off each other's hefty musical knowledge and flawless technique with their diverse personas only adding to the intrigue. Anstascia's unruly demeanor and creative spark spirals against Vivie-Ann's scientific and geek-chic flair in a whirlwind of inspiration and contrast. The result is a force to be reckoned with, a vibe that effortlessly transcends in the studio, behind the booth and more than anything, to the dancefloor.

Hunter/Game (UK)

Hunter/Game project was born thanks to the artistic inspiration of two Italian producers based between Milan and New York. The sound comes from a deep groove and it evolves thanks to electronic and indie influences, while keeping techno inspiration as its main element.

Their unique sound, bring them already to the biggest worldwide stages. From historical clubs as, Fabric London, Studio 80, to The Cable, Sankeys Ibiza, Hive Zurig; Passing by international festivals such, Miami WMC, Amsterdam ADE, Bermuda Berlin Festival; And overseas tours, from Brasil at Playground Festival till Mexico. In addition they are founders of the well known, Milan based party called "Just This" performing secrets venues, in which they are able to express themselves without borders.

Their single dedut "Touch Me" climbed really fast all deep house charts, and after their most popular remix for (Blond:ish - Lonely Days) they were under a big spotlight. They released on the most wanted Labels of the electronic scene as Jamie Jones's "Hot Creations" Label, Solomun's "Diynamic", "Get Physical", Sasha's "Last Night On Earth.Working officially as remixers for Abby on Universal Records. Envolving their sound into more mature sonorities, ranging from breakbeats to ambient influences, remaining connected to a techno base. Collaborating with Great singers as Baika to Jaw from Dop. Based now on "Last Night On Earth" tank to Sasha's faith, will see them summer residents at the Never Say Never party at Ushuaia Ibiza.
