Online publication the AU review celebrates turns 5 years old and is throwing a party featuring Messrs (Adelaide) alongside the best in Sydney talent - from Richard Cuthbert to The Laurels and everything in between.

Following their run of shows throughout winter 2012 celebrating their 4th birthday - which included a massive show at the Oxford Art Factory with 28 musicians recreating the classic Beatles record Magical Mystery Tour - the AU review is ready to celebrate their 5th birthday with a huge lineup featuring local and national artists.

The night will kick off with performances from local outfits Cogel, Maples and The Guppies and then flying up from Adelaide especially for the event will be the much talked about group Messrs.

Closing things off will be a one off performance from a series of Sydney based musicians who will help celebrate the last five years of Sydney music with a set of original music, covers and jams. The lineup for the "Sydney Jam Session" will include Richard Cuthbert and his band, Little Fox and her band - which includes members of Dappled Cities and Tales in Space - Chicks Who Love Guns and more surprises on the night!

DJ sets will be provided by Future Love Hangover, Hayley from Twincest and local heroes The Laurels.
