We will transform into a southern Louisiana style restaurant with international 5-star service, smooth RNB in the background, setting the perfect atmosphere while we tingled your taste buds. New Orleans is known for its great food and its great diverse music, so in keeping with this tradition, Diners Delight and CHEFIN will again feature one of Australia’s best soul vocalist, Doug Williams and his band The Mix with your Host & MC for the evening Mike Scott, producer of the Marvin Gaye Experience.
