That's right. ROYAL CROWN REVUE, the founding fathers of the retro swing movement, are headed back to their favourite stomping ground for the eighth time in the last decade.

Often imitated, but rarely matched, Royal Crown Revue has pioneered a totally unique sound and style, serving as the blueprint for an entire generation of musicians and music lovers. This band was and is the spearheading force behind the "retro style" that has exploded from underground scene into bona fide cultural phenomenon.

The 2007 tour of Oz coincides with the release of RCR’s latest offering, “El Toro.” This specially priced, 6-song EP will only be available at the bands shows and is the band's first release since 2004’s "Greetings From Hollywood." It includes two brand new RCR originals ("El Toro" and "Won't You Ride With Me"), as well as a slamming cover of Neil Diamond's 1966 classic "Solitary Man."

With an eighteen year career and literally thousands of shows worldwide, today’s ROYAL CROWN REVUE is a finely tuned, ass-whomping alchemy of everything from jazz and jump to be-bop and gut-bucket blues. Whatever you do, don’t miss this tour!
