After months of waiting, we bring together 3 artists that combine Nu Soul / Nu Jazz /  and Nostaligic 90’s RnB all into one night…

NATALIE SLADE
Natalie Slade is a Nu Soul / Jazz artist who has become known for her emotive buttery tones and compelling approach to storytelling.

Having previously collaborated with artists like Steve Spacek, Katalyst and Plutonic Lab, Natalie then went on to release her stunning debut album CONTROL - produced and co-written with Simon Mavin of Hiatus Kaiyote. London based label, Eglo Records, released the record which was played worldwide and praised by tastemakers like Gilles Peterson, J.Rocc, Carista and Jamz Supanova. 

TESSA THAMES
Tessa Thames’ Dad ran a karaoke business in the 90’s where she operated as a kind of ‘warm up’ to inspire the punters. Through this, Tessa cultivated her love of music and song writing, absorbing her dearly held ‘Top Of The Pops’ 90’s nostalgia like a sponge. Since then, her music has taken her around the world and has been featured on Network TV series’ like Offspring (Network 10), Winners & Losers (Seven Network) and Underbelly Chopper (The Nine Network).

The DIEYOUNGS
From sound designer to jazz pianist; session musician to electronic music producer, Ben Freeman, aka The DieYoungs has been an important part of the Australian music scene for the last 10 years. His unreleased material has received early praise from tastemakers like Flying Lotus; he has shared the stage with the likes of Kxwledge, J.Rocc and Jonti. The artist is currently working on a full length release which we hope to hear in 2022.
