Sam McNally presents The Happy Endings - Premium keyboardist, Sam McNally (Doug Williams, Stylus, Tommy Emmanuel) reckons The Happy Endings is the maddest, funnest outfit he’s ever been a part of. Fronted by the ever smiling Jenny Robinson, and featuring Raymund Shek (Christine Anu, Funkstar), Chris ’Tex’ Robertson and bass giant Mark Costa (Margaret Urlich, a zillion more)…. the Happys play a growing collection of songs they like, and follow very few rules. What began as an acoustic guitar-based cafe band, morphed into something quite larger with Mark Costa, and then Sam McNally on board. Any song, any time can take a sharp left turn and spin off into Jazz Funk extrapolations, or Hard Rock excess (Gunners, Metallica). Or some ludicrous Prog Rock quasi-Classical silliness. Sweetness and Light. Extremes. And always FUN. The Happy Endings.
