• You can collect your ticket any night at ARQ from 10pm till close, Thu 29 Feb - Sun 3 Mar
• On arrival, please come to the front of the line at ARQ and let the door staff and security know that you are collecting your Golden Ticket
• We advise arriving early when you collect your writstband. If you are arriving at a busy time (11:00pm-2:00am any night), please be patient and wait until security calls you forward. 
• You will then be directed to reception to collect your Golden Wristband. Once it is on, you'll be able to gain entry to all POOF DOOF x ARQ events over the Mardi Gras weekend. 
• IF YOUR WRISTBAND GETS DAMAGED: You must bring the damaged wristband back to reception and exchange it for a new one. We will not be able to give you a new one without the original being presented.
