World folk crew Mahesh & Tapestries of Sound launch their new EP ‘Circling beyond the Square’ from band leader Mahesh White-Radhakrishnan's 2022 Folk Fellowship creative research. Encounter wild connections between South Asia and Australia through the tunes used in quadrilles (square dances) which circulated throughout the colonial era refigured into new songs and arrangements.

The evening will also feature a haunting set by Aimée Falzon.
