Lost Sundays: it’s about movement.

This weekend, January 29, Lost Sundays gets down with Jasper James and Kristin Velvet alongside Troy Beman, Ca Lou and Mash.

Glasgow’s own Jasper James is dance floor tour de force. First breaking through via a string of performances at the iconic Sub Club, the UK-based jock went on to develop his own brand of off-kilter house and heads-down techno via a year’s worth of extended (six hour!) sets at London’s Phonox in a highly acclaimed weekly residency. In the time since, Jasper’s reach has only continued to grow with performances at the likes of fabric, The Warehouse Project, Space Miami, Shelter and across the White Isle, Ibiza. As a producer, Jasper’s output has surfaced on ESP Institute, Steel City Dance Discs and Optimo Trax as well as his own label, Mitchell Street Records. A discerning and considered tastemaker of all things four four, Jasper arrives at Lost Sundays this weekend to show us how it’s done.

Berlin-based Kristin Velvet makes a welcome return to home soil for her debut at LS. On a steady rise to the upper echelons of house music, the Arms & Legs label-head kicked off 2022 being named one of Beatport’s top trending house acts, then spent the remainder flexing her status as a formidable force playing prime slots at festivals and clubs across the globe. A resident of Berlin’s world-renowned Watergate, Kristin brings a raver’s sensibility to the LS booth and comes armed with productions co-signed by the likes of The Blessed Madonna, Carl Cox, Jamie Jones and Cassy.
