The breezy port of Fremantle, WA has a reputation for birthing some of the world's best alternative music and early 2015 saw the birth of seven piece hip-hop/jazz seven piece KOI CHILD. 

After a whirlwind past year of sold out national tours, supporting acts such as Tame Impala, Fat Freddy's Drop and Hiatus Kaiyote as well as festival performances across the country off the back of their debut self titled record and a subsequent ARIA nomination for Best Urban Album, KOI CHILD return to Sydney for a special headline performance at The Hudson Ballroom.

Following extensive global praise and airplay for their debut record and singles such as '1-5-9' and 'Black Panda' (Triple J in Australia, BBC Radio 1 in UK, Beats Radio 1 on Apple Music) backed by their high energy live show, this will be the last chance to catch Koi Child in Sydney before they embark on the national St. Jerome's Laneway Festival in January/February.

Koi Child's main support is Sydney producer Godriguez (Sampa the Great), performing live with his full band, as well as alt/pop four-piece Body Type.
