Malaysian pop powerhouse Juwita Suwito returns to perform live in Melbourne, with Orchestre Nouveau on Saturday, 16 March at BMW Edge, Federation Square, Melbourne.

This night concert concludes the iconic Fiesta Malaysia in Federation Square, the annual 'open house' styled festival that food, dance and music from where Malaysians call home. While the festivities at the Main Square that concludes at 5pm promises to attract a large crowd, only 250 seats will be available for Juwita's headline concert in BMW Edge.
"It will be my privilege to perform following this iconic Fiesta," says Juwita. "And to be able to perform at the stunning BMW Edge has got me thrilled to bits."
Juwita will perform songs from her award winning albums accompanied by Orchestre Nouveau, led by Malaysian conductor Zach Tay. "We are so lucky to perform with such a prominent musical figure," says Zach. "She is a familiar voice to us, I am sure Malaysians will give her another warm reception as before."
Juwita has released two albums, one EP and two singles. All received AIM (Malaysian Music Industry Awards) nominations, with Brand New World clinching the Best Local English Album award in 2005, in addition to three nominations in other categories.
