‘Deep Sleeper’ Album Tour

Husky is back with a new record and an east coast tour to celebrate. The first Australian band to be signed to iconic US label Sub Pop Records (Nirvana, Fleet Foxes, Father John Misty), Husky went on to release four albums to international acclaim and toured the world many times over.

‘Deep Sleeper’ will draw you in quickly and make you want to stay a long time. Husky Gawenda and keys player/collaborator/cousin/kindred spirit Gideon Preiss took on all the recording duties this time around - Gawenda wrote the songs, they produced together, Preiss engineered and mixed. The result is something more raw and intimate, more stripped back and immediate, more in the footsteps of folk heroes like Neil Young, and contemporary legends like Andy Shauf, both of whom Husky has shared stages with.

Husky and Gideon will be joined by their stellar band Holly Thomas (drums, vocals), Hollie Joyce (Bass, vocals) and Jules Pascoe (guitar). They will bring the new album to life and play a selection of favourites from each of their previous albums.

Their last tour sold out, so don’t miss this one!

We acknowledge that this event will be held on Wurundjeri land of the Kulin Nation and recognise that sovereignty was never ceded. We pay our respects to their Elders, past, present and emerging.
