Strong Person Scottish and Gaelic cultures combined at Valley Social

Saturday 5 November 11am to 6pm

Come along and be entertained by athletic highland teams and individuals competing in events – such as the bagpipes, the kilt, drumming and the heavy events – like the caber toss! The Games will also include entertainment and exhibits relevant of both Scottish and Gaelic cultures. The Day will be filled with events, entertainment and cultural activities for all to enjoy. Haggis is on the menu, along with Tattie scones and Square Sausage and of course some Valley Social menu favourites like our Beef Brisket Sandwich.

HIGHLAND GAMES IS A FUN FAMILY EVENT, WITH - Bagpipe Competitions - Market Stalls - Face Painting - West Highland Terriers (Westie Walkers) - Grey Company - historical re-enactment group - Highland Fling Dancers and other Games to entertain the Family and Kids. 

OTHER IMPORTANT BITS - No BYO food or Drinks - All bags are subject to a safety and security search upon entry and exit - No pass outs - Dress comfortably or in costume - For your safety, footwear must always be kept on - Smoking is only permitted in the designated area.
