WAO Superclub Ticketing Policy

All ticket purchases are non-refundable. If an event is postponed due to Government Policy or Health orders arising from COVID-19, a credit note/ voucher will be offered to ticket holders. This credit can be used toward any of our events within 12 months of issue.

Upscale, fashionable attire only - No hats, singlets, thongs, gymwear, running shoes, lad attire or offensive haircuts are permitted. We have a zero-tolerance policy for tattoos that may be deemed offensive or culturally insensitive (we recommend tattoos to be covered). Non-compliance with this dress code will result in no entry, with no refund.

Guests arriving intoxicated will not be admitted entry, with no refund.
