Fresh from abandoning their major label relationship and the release of their long-awaited sophomore album Dont Say We Didnt Warn You, British electro punks Does It Offend You, Yeah? announce a series of Australian side-shows in August to coincide with their appearance at the 2011 Splendor In The Grass festival.

Australian Tour 2011

"Electro punks with nostalgia in their sights."- Pitchfork.

The 5-piece from Reading, UK, burst on to the international music scene in 2008 with the release of their debut album, You Have No Idea What You're Getting Yourself Into.  That same year, the band became the ninth most-listened-to new band of 2008 on last.fm, was included in the Best Alternative Music list of 2008 on iTunes USA, and was crowned as the 2008 Rolling Stone Breaking Artist.

In March this year, DIFY, Y? released their long awaited sophomore album, Dont Say We Didnt Warn You.  This is our break-out album, says Dan Coop (synths). It has got balls-out angry stuff and serene melancholic, quite depressing stuff as well. Wed rather show all our hands like that rather than write a whole album that sounds the same.  The album has received critical acclaim around the world, NME calling it a triumvirate of insanely brilliant tracks.

The group have had outrageous slots at Coachella, Lollapalooza, South By Southwest, Glastonbury, Reading/Leeds and countless other international festivals, and this year have toured with Linkin Park, Bloc Party and Nine Inch Nails.  In 2009, DIFY, Y? awed Australian fans when they joined Prodigy on their Australian tour, and attracted huge crowds at Future Music, Stonefest and Parklife festivals, as well as their own headline tour of Australia in 2009.

Dont miss Does It Offend You, Yeah?, playing Spelndour In The Grass and headline side-shows around Australia this August.
