GOOD DOOGS are West Oz's answer to the "surf-rock" sub genre that is sweeping through the Australian music scene at the moment, catapulting the likes of DUNE RATS, SKEGSS and HOCKEY DAD to the forefront of not only national, but international music.
The boys' latest single "Nothing To Do" gained immediate airplay on Triple J and debuted at number 7 on Triple J unearthed charts in February. This rolled into the band being selected to open up Bunbury Groovin The Moo Festival as the Triple J Unearthed Contest winners.
Already after such a short time, the Doogs are shaping up to be a major player in the surf-rock movement in Australia. Jump aboard the ground swell of fun that seems to be following them. Don't kook it.
