Three amazing songwriters will descend on the Toff in Town for November's Songwriters' Club on Wed Nov 25

Seven-time ARIA award winning songwriter and composer David Bridie has enjoyed a distinguished career as one of Australia's most innovative artists. Whether as an International soundtrack composer; a leading expert on and producer of Melanesian music; or as a uniquely Australian songwriter and piano player, Bridie has certainly stamped his mark. Audiences know Bridie from "My Friend The Chocolate Cake" and "Not Drowning, Waving" as well as his acclaimed solo albums and soundtracks for film. A voice of conviction, passion and integrity, this is Bridie up close and personal, performing solo with piano.

Over the last 10 years Fred Smith has emerged as one of Australia's most remarkable artists. Songwriter, comedian, journalist and radio broadcaster, he is the subject of an "Australian Story" documentary about his work through music in Afghanistan and conflict zones in the South Pacific. Fred presents his material with an engaging humour and a wry smile that has won hearts at festivals in Australia and North America. He will be playing songs from his back catalogue and his new album "Home", the follow up to his acclaimed 2011 release, "Dust of Uruzgan", which earned him comparisons to Australian songwriting greats Eric Bogle, John Schumann, and Don Walker.

In 2012, at only 15, Juliana successfully auditioned for 'Hollywood Immersive', founded by Lilly Dawson, a program set in the music capital of the world, Los Angeles, Ca, that allows access to real professionals in the music industry. She was among the first to be involved in this project and it was here she was able to get connected and begin to define, and determine her pathway to achieve her dream.

Her purpose is to create a lyricism that is poetic, embedded within her enchanting melodies, in order to empathise with her listeners, but to also reveal her identity not only as a song writer but as an individual.

She has since been composing and recording a variety of songs, in Los Angeles and partnered with Richard Harris, #1 Billboard Songwriter and producer, to produce her yet to be released, debut single, "Waterfalls". The song will be featured as her first music video, directed by Blake Farber, NYC filmmaker, namely recognised for his work on Beyonce's film clip, for her single, "Countdown".

Juliana strives to capture an authenticity in her work that is ambient and captivating. She aims to experience all forms of music, across a vast spectrum and is looking forward to share her musical spirit with the world.
