An energetic night of Australian Celtic live music to cap off their eastern states tour and launch of award winning album 'Thylacine' on vinyl.

Join Austral for an energising and intimate night of live music at The Toff in their hometown - Melbourne. On the road with a heap of fresh new tunes, Austral are kicking into a rare mini-tour of the East Coast capital cities and has some exciting new things to share with you at their final gig of the tour. This gig will be launching the award-winning album 'Thylacine' on vinyl.

Thylacine is a collection of Austral's high-energy tune sets and journeying songs, blending unique Australian-Celtic sounds on fiddles, didgeridoo, flute, uilleann pipes, and more. This is a unique gig not to be missed, where you will be swaying to a song, dancing with abandon to cranking tunes, and feeling the good energy put out by this world-class, home-grown band. HUP!

Support on the evening from Singer-songwriter and multi-instrumentalist Maggie Rigby, from Castlemaine. Her music is gentle, wintry, complex, catchy, joyful and bold. Maggie’s spine-tingling vocals and intricate songwriting exploring her skills on guitar, banjo, marimba and glockenspiel and percussion.
