Twenty One Pilots have already smashed a massive record with ‘Jumpsuit’
Twenty One Pilots sent the world into a collective meltdown yesterday, following the release of ‘Jumpsuit’ and ‘Nico And The Niners’ after a year-long hiatus filled with speculation and mystery.
Considering the Clique is one of the world’s most passionate fanbases, there’s no surprise the band are already breaking records left, right and centre following their return.
As of yesterday, ‘Jumpsuit’ was the number #1 trending video on YouTube, racking up 5.2 million plays within the first 24 hours of its release. Their last video for ‘Heathens’ scored 3.5 million hits on its first day of release, meaning the Clique managed to break TOP’s own record for most views on YouTube in 24hours.
We’d like to think that we’re probably accountable for 5.1 million of those views, but we think we may have had some help from a few of you.
The band also revealed that they’d be kicking off the huge ‘Bandito’ world tour this October, wehre they’ll be making their way across the US, Europe and Australia playing massive arenas.
Their new album Trench is set for a release on October 5th, which we’re sure will feature right at the top of our album of the year list.
