Pop punk golden boys State Champs have dropped yet another fire single from their upcoming record ‘Living Proof‘. ‘Mine is Gold’ is the third single released so far, accompanying ‘Dead and Gone‘, as well as ‘Crystal Ball‘.

The tempo change between verse and chorus in ‘Mine is Gold’  is super refreshing. The song’s poppin’ snares, lit guitar riffage and a funky-ass bassline are hopefully a sign of more musical diversity to come on this record.

2015’s  Around The World And Back quite literally took them around the world and back. They toured extensively on the record, so Living Proof has been long-awaited by fans hanging out for new tunes.

It’s looking to be a big year for State Champs, and we have our fingers crossed that it means they’ll be making an appearance over in Australia very soon.

The band are blessing our ears with Living Proof on June 15, and we are more than ready for it.
