Skid Row have announced a huge 2018 Australian tour
Glam metal legends Skid Row have announced a huge tour of Australia and New Zealand for this October. The tour will mark the first time the band’s new vocalist ZP Theart, formally of Dragonforce take over singing duties, where he’ll be joined by guitarists Snake Sabo & Scotti Hill, bassist Rachel Bolan and drummer Rob Hammersmith.
Theart is the fifth vocalist to front the group, who took over from Tony Harnell, who left the band in late 2015. The rock act are getting ready to release the third instalment of their United World Rebellion trilogy, which they’ll be giving fans a good taste of while on tour. The album will mark their first release featuring ZP Theart.
“We have a lot of great ideas to work with, so we’re all really excited about this new music,” Hammersmith has said of the material which hopefully we’ll get a taste of in the live arena while they’re here.
Tickets for the six dates go on sale on Monday the 21st of May. The band last toured the country back in 2014 with Ugly Kid Joe.
