RIP Sydney Live Music Scene - Watch The Music Video That Pays Tributes To Fallen Kings Cross Venues
Alright Sydney - this one's short, sweet, and to the point.
The protest against lockout laws is heating up to a whole new level, and artists have been getting on board, creating songs in protest. Adam Martin is the latest in a long line of artists angry about the death of Sydney's scene, and has created a new acoustic Keep Sydney Open anthem 'Over It'.
While the Cross used to be the place to be for a great night out, Sydney's lock out laws have had a severe impact on LIVE MUSIC and all other nightlife! Watch Adam Martin take to the streets of the Cross to highlight how quiet it is - and pay tribute to all of the great Kings Cross venues that have closed down.
The message is simple - let common sense prevail, repeal the lockout laws.
In Adam Martin's words, "In memory of Sydney's live music scene. You were once the talk of the town, now you're a shadow of your former self. Let's make this town great again."
