Pagan have announced a massive Aussie headline tour

Australia’s finest purveyors of suacy hardcore Pagan have announced their first ever headline tour in support of the upcoming release of their debut album Black Wash.

Having cut their teeth and honed their unique brand of pulsating, riff-laden heavy music (with a distinctly Italian edge) for the last few years, the band are heading to Adelaide, Brisbane, Melbourne, Hobart and Sydney over three weekends this August. With local supports yet to be announced, the tour is set to be the utmost display of the band’s energy and ferocity.

The hotly anticipated Black Wash is set for a release on July 6th, which sees the band dive deep, dealing with the themes of mysticism, spirituality and striking symbolism, evident on tracks like ‘Il Malocchio Si Apre’, paying homage to the band’s cultural roots.

Lead single ‘Death Before Disco’ saw a release earlier this year, showcasing the band’s aptitude to combine classic rock colours, blood-curdling vocals and a pummelling hardcore intensity that culminates in a forest fire of epicness. There’s a good chance you would’ve caught the band live previously, slaying the stages UNIFY Festival, Yours & Owls and BIGSOUND, plus as a support act for Rise Against.
