HEAPS GAY STREET PARTY RETURNS WITH A SIZZLING LINE UP FOR A SECOND YEAR!
This little beauty could not have come at a better time. With the yes vote in, it's time to celebrate with the absolute legends over at Heaps Gay who are bringing their smoking hot line-up to the backstreets of Marrickville next January.
Following a sold-out event in 2017, the 2018 street party will feature US Rapper, Cakes Da Killa, Berlin - based electro queens MEGA O MEGA, as well as local legends Touch Sensitive, Okenyo + 20 local DJs, performers and artists.
With music, arts, community and diversity at its core they have also partnered with Koori Radio who are curating a newly added second stage which will focus on indigenous world music. The stage will feature special performances by 'Nana Miss Koori' and 'Destiny Haz Arrived' thanks to Koori Gras 2018 (Koori Gras is produced by the Moogahlin Performing Arts as part of the Sydney Gay and Lesbian Mardi Gras).
Food, glorious food, from the Inner West dream team is also at the forefront of the day with tasty treats served by Bloodwood, Porteno, Continental Deli, Two Boys in Sari's & Ice Apothecary.
We are proud as punch to announce that moshtix and Heaps Gay will be donating all booking fees from ticket sales to Moogahlin Performing Arts so get buying and support this incredible centre.
