20-year-old singer, songwriter Odette has delivered one of the most stunning Like a Version performances in recent memory.

Odette performed a gorgeous, string-laden rendition of Gang of Youths ‘Magnolia’, off their critically lauded 2015 album The Positions. The band have taken to Twitter to sing Odette’s praises:

When asked why she chose to cover the song Odette told triple J “I’d actually seen an interview that Dave [Le’aupepe] did with SBS and it really resonated with me, I think. His complete honesty and bravery and just expression, I really admire him for it. So I definitely wanted to pay homage to that in this cover.”
