The Weekender is bringing 11 events and over 40 artists to Sydney for this globally renowned, four-day city takeover. It will feature a curatorial festival program of signaTure music events, live performances, public artist lectures, club nights and art exhibitions.

NIGHT MOVES
Kicking the whole thing off on Thursday night (it's the new Friday night didn't you know?) is Night Moves at Oxford Art Factory. This night of subterranean sounds and forward-leaning club jams will feature Night Slugs' Bok Bok, Kilo Kish, Sydney's Marcus Whale, Cliques, Low Ton, Kllo, Kucka and Red Records signing Lewis Cancut.

TALK TO THE SEA
Your Friday evening will start off on a high with the dark backdrop of Sydney Harbour National Park when celebrated Venetian Gigi Masin uncovers the deep and emotive sounds of his cult album Talk to the Sea, followed by a set with his new collaborators Young Marco and Johnny Nash as Gaussian Curve.

THE GREAT ANTIPODEAN REGGAE SOUNDSYSTEM CARNIVAL
Gather the whole family at Carriageworks Sunday afternoon as The Great Antipodean Reggae Soundsystem Carnival unites the Australian states. Expect a delicious BBQ, dancehall workshops and market stalls alongside some of the country's most prominent purveyors of soundsystem culture.
