Chris Brown under restraining order following “hitting” and “stalking” allegations
Warning: This article contains descriptions of alleged sexual assault that some people may find disturbing
A woman has filed for a restraining order against Chris Brown after claiming this singer “stalks” and “follows” her. In documents obtained by the Blast, the woman’s name is revealed to be Cassandra and has been granted a temporary restraining order against Brown in Los Angeles.
The documents detail Cassandra accusing Brown of “hitting” her and alleges that the singer has been stalking her. It has been ruled that Brown must remain 100 yards away from the woman until a hearing on July 3rd, for a more permanent restraining order of up to five years.
Just last month Brown was sued for hosting a party where a woman was sexually assaulted multiple times.
The story detailed that a woman, identified as ‘Jane Doe’ was molested and physically abused by Brown’s friends, described by lawyer Gloria Allred as being “one of the most horrific sexual assault cases that I have ever seen.” The case is still being investigated by the LAPD.
There has been no further word from Brown’s representatives on either case as of yet.
This follows Brown’s shocking history of abusing women. In 2008 Brown was found guilty of physically abusing his then-girlfriend Rihanna and has a permanent restraining order against former girlfriend Karrueche Tran.
