All Time Low channel their alt-rock roots on new single ‘Everything Is Fine’
After taking to social media yesterday to tease the upcoming release of new music, (imminently sending fans into hysterics) All Time Low have graced us with a new track called ‘Everything Is Fine’. The band plastered the phrase across their Instagram and Twitter accounts yesterday and now
The track sees the band channel their alt-rock beginnings, fit with layered acoustic guitars, a sticky riff, effective drumming and lusciously harmonised vocals – it almost sounds as though it would’ve fit perfectly on the band’s 2012 effort Don’t Panic. In short, the track is a total banger further cementing their status as total legends.
There’s no secret the band’s roots lie in the world of alt-rock, with frontman Alex often citing bands like Foo Fighters, Weezer and of course, Nirvana as some of his most early influences.
‘Everything Is Fine’ is a little bit of a departure from the band’s last release – 2017’s incredible effort Last Young Renegade saw All Time Low embrace synthy textures and indie rock stylings.

There’s no word as to what the track will be included on, however, it could very well end up on a deluxe re-issue of Last Young Renegade. The band are about to head on tour with Dashboard Confessional for the Summer Ever After tour, which will take up the entirety of August.
