Well, you're in luck, because Australia's most loved short film festival, FLiCKERFEST, is back in 2017 for its 26th year!

This much-loved festival under the stars is second to none on the Australian short film festival circuit, getting over 2,400 entries and cementing its place in your summer calendar.

This years programme has 100 of the very best short films, by not just Australian but including International Directors, each handpicked by festival director Bronwyn Kidd, who has been picking the cream of the short film crop for the last 20 years.

FLiCKERFEST kicks off on Friday 6 January, down at the iconic Bondi Pavilion with its opening night screening. The festival runs for 10 days in Bondi before embarking on a 50+ date national tour, so make sure you catch it while it's in town.
