We've teamed up with the famous Yours & Owls crew to bring you Illawarra's favourite Sunday session for another season.   Featuring the best local and visiting talent Australia has to offer along with drink and food specials, good times are guaranteed. Bands start from 4pm EVERY Sunday in the sunny NGH Beer Garden. 100% wallet friendly with FREE entry.

Welcoming very special guests:

- 100

The band have kept busy in the past six months, releasing their debut EP Cortisone and selling out the launch at The Chippo Hotel. They then released a split 7" with Sydney mates Nick Nuisance & The Delinquents, consequently selling out the Sydney launch show at Marrickville Bowlo before touring the east coast in support of the release.

To kick off 2019 in style the band were nominated for two FBI SMAC Awards; Best Live Act & Next Big thing.

100 are fast becoming known as a must-see live act after securing slots on the Secret Garden Festival and Bad Friday line-ups.

- Kitten Heel

Kitten Heel began as an audio deluge for two uni acquaintances - Jareth Leslie-Evans and Jourdain Vitiello. A pair caught between influences, they toiled away in home production for three years - in 2019 they surfaced with a sound that borrows from New wave, leaning on the percussive and electronic quirk.

Now fixed as a five piece, the Kitten Heel live collective is an intentional bout into what makes the Wollongong duo tick. With 4 synths, a computer and a questionable affection for the cowbell, Kitten Heel considers the alternative through a unique electronic lens.

Incubated in the Kitten Heel studio, 2019 will see the band release their debut full-length record. Composed and produced by Jareth Leslie-Evans and Jourdain Vitiello.
