This event is set amongst the tranquil hills and greenery of Mt Keira Wollongong, the perfect setting to allow Mother Nature to hold us during this time together. In this workshop we will begin to identify the areas in your life to which you may be feeling stuck and need some direction. Not only that, but we will manifest our wildest dreams and desires for the future.

We will also closely examine what our best self looks like now and how our anti-self comes into play. We will reflect on the individual we were in 2019 and manifest and create our future 2020 best self-vision and goals. We will identify the steps we need to take in order to move forward and through a guided visualisation meditation we will begin to feel what this feels like.

Spiritual awakenings can come at any point in life, but they often come when we hit rock bottom or feel extremely unstable. This workshop invites an intimate circle of 15 ladies to speak up about their truths, fears and worries in a compassionate and loving space. You have the ability to access your own empowerment whilst lifting the other beautiful women around you.

Whilst this will be deep, hands on workshop, I have some fun activities planned to break things up. This workshop truly comes at an amazing time, just before the silly season starts (xmas and new years) so setting direction for 2020 is pivotal right now.
