Winter McQuinn "Move to the Trees" Album Launch @ Shotkickers

Following the announcement of new solo album ‘Move To The Trees’ as well as two new singles ‘I Will Be The Same’ and ‘Red Wool' which saw support from 3RRR, PBS, ABC Country, Pilerats, New Commute and more, Melbourne / Naarm based musician Winter McQuinn has announced a slew of tour dates. ‘Move To The Trees’ has been described as “series of anthems for the future, settled in psych-folk and seventies soft-rock energy.” And as “McQuinn’s most sonically sophisticated solo work to date.”

McQuinn will be backed by a full band named The Garden Gnomes made up of Jack Kinder & Lewis Mosley from Hot Apple Band, as well as Acacia Coates from Pinch Points, Elena Jones from Sunfruits and Rudy Polacheck from Mature Themes. The band will be playing 5 special shows throughout April in Melbourne / Naarm, Sydney / Eora and Thirroul / Dharawal.
