Celebrate the Australia Day Long Weekend on Sunday 25th January at The Island Bar, Cockatoo Island. As part of its Summer Sounds music series, The Island Bar will host an impressive line-up of Australian DJ's including: Terace, Acaddemy, Danny T, Goodwill and Avon Stringer.

Experience the good vibes of Australian talent from this unique and relaxed waterfront venue in the middle of Sydney Harbour. Where else would you want to spend your long weekend? The Island Bar Summer Sounds has brought together some incredible DJ's from around the world since its launch in December. DJ's feature throughout the weekend, with "Secret Saturday's" acts being announced just prior to the day. Sunday has a unique sound with "It's Only Vinyl" with DJ's spinning their wares on old school vinyl for that unique sound.

The Summer Sounds series will continue until the February 15th and has been supported by ABSOLUT Vodka and Pistonhead Lager.
