Albany Blues Club. Southern Right Blues Band | 7.30pm

Gathering on the coast of the Southern Ocean, A new rhythm has surfaced in the deep blues of Albany.  Originating in 80’s and 90’s Blues and Pub Rock scenes of Melbourne, Perth and Albany the Southern Right Blues Band offer a range of blues from the classics to the latest anthems (and even an original or two!). With guitars, drums, bass, blues harp, sax and vocals – get ready for some rollicking Rhythm and Blues.
Born out of the jam nights of the legendary Blues Train sessions and as the house band at 'Blues & Brews' nights throughout Albany venues – the Southern Right Blues Band have played alongside such Blues luminaries as Les Karski, Geoff (Rev) Waldeck, Paul (Ringo) Meyers, Kim (Kimbo) McCutcheon and Bob Rees as well as supported by the many patrons of the Albany Blues Club.
The Southern Right Blues Band are now regulars on the Albany pub circuit and have a growing legion of loyal fans. The Southern Right Blues Band - Cool Blues. Done Right. In the Great Southern.

Southwest Blues Club. Smokin’ Joe | 8.30pm

Formed within the South West Blues Club, Smokin’ Joe plays a wide range of music, ranging from smooth classic blues to pure Rock N Roll.
Smokin’ Joe has played numerous gigs around the South West including the Bridgetown Blues, Bunbury show, Wellington Hotel, Kirup Tavern, Waters Edge, Donnybrook hotel, Cowaramup Sundowners and the inaugural Brookhampton Blues.
With many years of shared musical experience, Smokin’ Joe always brings a new perspective to Classics and modern songs alike.With an extensive catalogue of songs we can adjust our sets to suit any venue or crowd.

Featuring, Kerry b. Ryan Blues Experience.

Kerry B Ryan, a Blues guitarist, born in North QLD, now living in the hills outside Perth WA . He is playing electric blues inspired by the likes of Jimi Hendrix, BB King, Albert King, Stevie Ray Vaughan and many other. But he has his own style, playing with heart and soul drawing on a wide range of influences Kerry gives all to his performances whether solo or with his band always aiming to give the audience the best show he can. Joining him on stage to make up the “Blues Experience” are Leroy Cleaver (drums), John Wison (bass).

Joining Kerry and his band throughout the set will be: Rick Steele, Andrew McIlroy, Paul Walter Daly, Jack Lowrie and Kyra Bee.
