Important information for Byron Events Farm camping patrons to read before you drive to Splendour in the Grass.

** Please note: You are only required to pre purchase a Vehicle Pass for the day you are entering the campgrounds precinct, NOT for each day your vehicle will be onsite. Only purchase ONE Vehicle Pass per vehicle for the day you wish to arrive. 

REMEMBER each person wishing to camp in the campgrounds or wishing to camp with a vehicle in the Byron Events Farm campgrounds precinct, must hold a valid 2022 Event and Camping ticket.

Camp With Vehicle Pass

Cost: $50 + fees

Redemption: $30 when arriving with 3 or more people in the vehicle

Details: Park next to your campsite.

Please note that large campervans (4 berth or larger than 6 metres), RVs or any vehicle towing a Caravan, Trailer, Camper Trailer or any other towed device are not permitted at Byron Events Farm campgrounds. 

ARRIVING

The Byron Events Farm campgrounds will NOT be open on Wednesday 20 July. Campers can arrive from 10:00am on Thursday 21 July. Please don't arrive between 10:00pm-7:00am as we will not have staff available to admit you into the campground’s precinct during those hours. 

If you want to camp alongside friends, you must arrive at the same time.

Campsites will be allocated by Splendour staff. You cannot save campsite space next to yours for friends arriving later. Make sure you're across what you cannot bring into the campgrounds - check the banned items here. Pay special attention to the restrictions on fires and flammable items.

Don't forget to bring your ID and your Camping and Event tickets.

THURSDAY 21 JULY

The festival's entertainment precinct opens for campers from 9:00am Thursday 21 July. Most venues except the main stages will be operating from 11:00am to midnight, so if you arrive by then, please come in, check out the site, enjoy the hospitality and warm up by the bonfires in the evening.

DELIVERY AND TICKET LIMITS

Camp WITH Vehicle Passes will be emailed to you as electronic PDF tickets. You will be required to print this ticket off and place it on the dashboard of your vehicle on the driver's side. Please have your Vehicle Pass in place well before arriving at Byron Events Farm so that this is easily visible to traffic controllers and staff. There is a ticket limit of 2 Vehicle Passes per buyer.

VEHICLE PASS REDEMPTION VOUCHER SYSTEM

All private vehicles entering Byron Events Farm car parks MUST have a valid appropriate Vehicle Pass purchased in advance (not on site). A redemption voucher to the value of $30 will be given to vehicles with a pre purchased Camp WITH Vehicle when arriving with 3 or more occupants holding valid 2022 Event and Camping tickets. Vouchers are redeemable within the event site at location/s specified on voucher.
